The terminology for "Executed," "Needs Attention," and "Approved" order statuses has been updated throughout SUBSCRIBE.
"Executed" has been changed to "Signed"
"Needs Attention" has been changed to "NIGO"
"Approved" has been changed to "IGO"
Order status definitions can always be viewed by hovering over each status on the top dash-bar in the orders table. A list of order statuses and their definitions have also been included at the bottom of this article.
Why did we make this change?
We made this update to further align our order statuses with industry standards, to clarify the state of a document in each status, and to imply next steps (if any).
What impact will this have on me?
Order status terminology has been updated throughout SUBSCRIBE. There has been no change to the functionality of each order status.

Order Status Definitions
Ready (no change) – documents have been generated by a user in SUBSCRIBE and are ready for signatures
In Progress (no change) – documents have been sent out for client signature (e-signature or wet signature)
Signed (previously "Executed") – documents have been fully executed and are ready to submit to the fund's service providers and custodian (if applicable) for review
Submitted (no change) – documents have been sent to the Custodian/Admin/Transfer Agent/Legal/Fund for review
Under Review (no change) – documents have been received by Transfer Agent/Admin/Legal/Fund (from Custodian or Directly)
NIGO (previously "Needs Attention") – documents are not in good order (SUBSCRIBE works with TA/Admin/Law Firm to resolve comments)
IGO (previously "Approved") – documents are in good order and approved by Transfer Agent/Admin/Law Firm/Fund
Complete (no change) – the investor has been accepted to the fund
Cancel Pending (no change) - SUBSCRIBE user has requested to cancel an order, but the cancelation is pending SUBSCRIBE approval to avoid removing a valid order that has already been signed or submitted.
